I absolutely LOVE the comments and questions I get in the comments section for every episode of this show. In today’s episode, I’ll be answering some of the best and most common questions that I get from listeners.
At the beginning of the show, we will cover multiple questions around emotional responsibility and how it impacts work, children, and family dynamics. Taking control of the story being told inside our heads is tough work, but worth the payoff.
We’ll also discuss how to share these lessons with kids, spouses, and family members.
Do you have a question? Don't be shy – yours might be answered next time!

Hi Katrina! I’ve been listening to you for months, since a mommy doctor friend told me about you. You helped me realize some patterns that I was not aware of in my behavior around the thoughts in my mind. Recently, I’ve been reflecting on your emotional childhood discussions, and about how to better practice and model that myself for my small children. That topic will never get old. I’m looking forward to future podcast discussions on fasting and on exercise. Also, since I’m not a doctor, can you recommend other coaches for non-doctors who work on weight loss like you do? I am going to tell my own young, female doctor about you as well, because if she doesn’t know your work already, she should. Thanks so much!
Thank you so much for this insanely amazing podcast!!I was wondering if you could have a podcast about how to eat if you are on the nightshift. Every week I work three night shifts in a row. How do I figure out when to eat? Where do 3 meals and fasting fit in?
